Born in Tokyo, I have spent my career in corporate finance while nurturing a parallel lifelong passion for art.
In 2008, I found my calling in porcelain painting, training under two of Germany's most respected masters — including Uwe Geissler, formerly of Meissen.
Each ring box I create brings together the Japanese sense of beauty I grew up with and the European craftsmanship I was trained in — painted entirely by hand over more than 8 hours, fired multiple times in the kiln, one at a time.
